As a Compliance Administrator in our Care Services Property team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our care homes safe, compliant, and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Property Managers, Engineering team, and specialist suppliers to ensure we meet all regulatory, statutory, and mandatory requirements. It’s a role that combines attention to detail with a passion for doing the right thing – for our residents, our teams, and our communities.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
As our Compliance Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our property compliance processes are followed and documented. You’ll:
1. Monitor and report on compliance risks, ensuring we stay ahead of regulatory requirements.
2. Support the Compliance Manager with day-to-day tasks and updates from suppliers.
3. Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and remedial actions.
4. Upload and manage documentation in systems like C365 and Datix.
5. Coordinate external maintenance cover and provide updates to stakeholders.
6. Deliver training and support to staff on compliance systems and processes.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
7. Previous administration experience is essential.
8. Facilities management experience would be advantageous.
9. Strong interpersonal skills – confident working with people at all levels.
10. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
11. Proficient IT skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
12. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
13. A proactive approach to learning and personal development.
