We are currently recruiting skilled Heating Engineers / Gas Engineers for full-time positions across Belfast and County Down, offering long-term, secure work within public sector and social housing environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out gas and oil servicing, maintenance, and repairs
* Respond to reactive maintenance as required
* Liaise with management and Quantity Surveyors
* Accurately itemise and report work carried out in customer properties
* Deliver all work to high-quality industry standards
* Adhere to data protection policies
* Travel across the North and occasionally the South of Ireland if required.
* Support wider operations to ensure efficient service delivery
Essential Criteria
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
* Eligible for OFTEC registration and Gas Safe Register
* Relevant gas qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, MET1, etc.)
* Up-to-date gas certifications
* Valid CSR Card or formal Health & Safety training
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience within plumbing, heating, or construction environments
Key Attributes
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Flexible approach to working in a busy, reactive environment
* Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
Additional Information
* Work is primarily within occupied social housing and public sector properties
* A successful Access NI check is required as part of onboarding
