Our client is a well-established non-profit organisation that is at the heart of community improvements, through partnership with local businesses and government. You will form part of a small, dynamic team of individuals who organise key events and initiatives around the city, ensuring that workers and residents have access to a wide range of cultural and sporting initiatives.
Due to expansion, they are recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant or team assistant to assist their Bid Director in all aspects of her company initiatives and goals.
This is a key hire within the business, arranging and minuting Board meetings and Steering committees whilst liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The PA will coordinate attendees and send follow up documentation around actions. This is a fast-paced role that would suit a highly organised PA with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Board or Governance experience is preferred.
