The Role:??
As a subject matter expert and trainer, your primary role involves developing and executing a variety of strategies designed to meet our goals. You will play a key role in implementing these strategies across all programmes, leading a range of training sessions (both online and face-to-face), conducting detailed needs analyses, exploring new training areas, and addressing any risks related to training activities.
Ideally, you???ll bring comprehensive knowledge of business analysis and project management principles, standards (BCS, APM), and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2). Proven experience in in business analysis, project management, or related fields would be hugely advantageous along with prior training experience with an emphasis on inspiring and communicating with audience, showcasing passion for Business Analysis and Project Management.
Responsibilities:
You???ll design and develop training modules for Business Analysis and project management;
Creating, managing, and maintaining training material and module deliveryDesigning training modules appropriate to the skill level of the candidates, who can fit in a role and perform day to day activities within business analysis and management.Designing and deploying situational work-based leaning (theory to practice).Expand on current training material and where appropriate identify new training module requirements.Collaborate with professional institutes to enhance training programs in alignment with industry standards and institutional frameworks. Incorporate this framework into the design of training activities, ensuring alignment with the needs and interests of candidates.As well as standard training sessions there will be a requirement to provide professional support and advise to others delivering training
