We are looking for a Recruitment
& Engagement Co-ordinator to join the team here at St Ermin’s
Hotel on a 12-15 FTC for maternity cover (Opportunity to study CIPD
Level 3 with our Apprenticeship scheme)

What we need from you
If your experience
is all rooted in hospitality and you’ve managed people previously but are
looking for an opportunity to move into HR, this could be the opportunity for
you – we could even support you to achieve a CIPD Apprenticeship.
OR
You’ve already got
experience in HR and are looking to harness this in a positive and supportive
environment and make a real difference to the operation.
Overall, you’re a
people person through and through, with a knack for organisation and a flair
for creativity. You believe work should be somewhere you can laugh, grow, and
make a real impact every single day.
