Your role as New Business Manager
* Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach, customer acquisition that understands and creates differentiation from existing competition.
* Build and maintain sustainable relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
* Effective deployment of presenting a condensing a portfolio of company products and services tailored to the demand of the prospective customers.
* Able to use a framework of negotiation tools and tactics to maximise the revenue available in a contract.
* Self lead creation of sales strategies to meet business development targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring…
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve business challenges.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and performance.
* A creative energy and hunger for delivering best in class results.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
* Relevant industry certifications or training is a plus.
* Full UK driving license.
