Help build the HR systems behind a fast-growing, international business.
We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to take ownership of our Workday platform and help us scale a high-growth, acquisition-driven organisation with a strong people-first culture.
This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in optimising and expanding a global HRIS infrastructure, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and beyond.
The role:
You'll play a key role in the Workday optimisation, reporting, data integrity, and ongoing system development. With rapid growth through acquisition and organic expansion, you’ll be at the centre of system integrations, process improvements, and platform scalability.
What you’ll be doing:
* Act as the Workday subject matter expert across multiple modules (e.g. HCM, Time, Absence, Comp, Recruiting, Talent)
* Develop and run custom reports and dashboards
* Ensure data integrity, GDPR compliance, and system security
* Support system updates, testing cycles, and new functionality rollouts
* Train and support HR teams and end-users
* Partner with internal teams to deliver M&A integrations and organisational changes
* Support additional HR systems (e.g. LMS) as part of our wider tech roadmap
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in an HRIS or HR Tech role (Workday strongly preferred)
* Excellent understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
* Strong Excel and reporting tool skills
* Proven experience with system implementations, configurations, or integrations
* Confident communicator with the ability to support a diverse, multi-site workforce
* Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Nice to have:
* Workday certification or relevant training
* Experience working on post-acquisition integrations
* Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, SOC2)
* Multilingual skills (e.g. French, German, Spanish)
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the foundations of a global people platform.
If you're looking for a role with influence, autonomy, and genuine impact—this could be the one.
