Part 145 Technical Manager (FULL Training)
£70,000 - £80,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Management Training + 33 Days Holiday + Progression to Technical Manager + Private Healthcare + Dental Care
Office based, with occasional hybrid and field travel, commutable from Warminster, Trowbridge, Amesbury, Salisbury, Andover, Frome, Bath, Yeovil, and surrounding areas.
Are you from an MRO organisation with an understanding of Part 145, looking to progress your career and aspiring to become a Technical Manager? You will work closely with the current Technical Manager, who will heavily invest in your skills and expertise, providing full training as they prepare for retirement. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to advance into management with full leadership training, combining your technical knowledge of Part 145 with people management skills.

The Role:
* Supporting the current Technical Manager with full leadership training
* Overseeing and driving technical excellence in line with Part 145
* Full-time office-based role with occasional travel to customers
The Person:
* Experience working in an MRO, Aviation, RAF, or similar environment with Part 145 knowledge
