Overview
As a key member of the College Management Team, the Safeguarding Manager will lead the specialist Safeguarding Support Team across all TMC locations, delivering high-quality, student-focused support that meets statutory safeguarding requirements and internal standards. This role includes direct line management responsibilities and will act as the Designated Safeguarding Person (DSP), working under the guidance of the Director of Safeguarding and Emotional Health and Wellbeing. We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join our Foundation Learning Department as Head of Safeguarding on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis.
