We are seeking highly skilled, licensed therapists with at least 5 years of clinical experience who are passionate about providing therapeutic services and mentoring the next generation of clinicians. Key Responsibilities Provide individual In-home therapy, Group therapy sessions, Telehealth therapy, and Outpatient center sessions. Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and develop treatment plans. Teach coping, social, and anger management skills; reduce risk behaviors such as self-injury or physical aggression. Support youth and caregivers in making effective decisions to manage behavioral challenges. Collaborate effectively with the Child & Family Treatment Team and other professionals supporting the youth and family. Mentor newly hired therapists and interns, providing guidance, feedback, and support in clinical practices. Submit all required documentation and paperwork within designated timeframes (intake, treatment plans, DAP notes, etc.) Attend monthly meetings and complete mandatory clinical documentation. Must be able to complete or willing to train for Bio-Psycho-Social assessments. Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields. Active license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW, LFT); candidates with out-of-state licenses may be considered if reciprocity applies. Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience working with youth with mental health disorders Experience mentoring, supervising, or training junior therapists and interns Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training Some training or willingness to complete Crisis Intervention Training Experience with treatment planning, progress notes, initial assessments, and goal setting Proficiency in counseling approaches such as CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care Knowledge of DSM-V for Assessments and Diagnosis Experience providing positive behavior supports Prior experience working with children ages 3-20; experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Ability to pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting Must submit resume plus copies of master’s degree and NJ license or certification Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship State Reciprocity considered, but candidate must be within 25–30 minutes of service areas Availability during after-school hours (12 PM–8 PM); weekend flexibility is a plus Benefits A dynamic work environment Opportunities for professional growth Telehealth delivery options for one-on-one sessions, when possible Competitive pay Ongoing job training Group health coverage Paid Time Off & Leave Benefits (Full-Time): - PTO accrual based on years of service (13–20 days annually). - Sick Time Off (STO) up to 40 hours per year.
