Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
As a CRM Analyst, you will analyze customer data and interactions to derive actionable insights that improve customer relationships and maximize business value. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop and execute targeted CRM strategies. Your main duties include:
1. Reseller Behavior Analysis: Examine demographics, purchasing trends, product usage, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other relevant data to understand reseller behavior and preferences.
2. Portal Management Assistance: Support the CRM Operations Manager by uploading content and providing close support to the European subsidiary to maintain portal activity.
3. Partner Portal Optimization: Improve the partner portal by analyzing user interactions, generating reports, and collaborating with the team to enhance functionality and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role
To succeed, you should possess:
* Good understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong database management skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel
* Problem-solving ability and project ownership
* Teamwork skills
* Ability to multitask

* Reseller behavior analysis reports shared regularly with the CRM Operations Manager and team
* Portal content kept up-to-date
* Progress checked regularly with the CRM Operations Manager and team
