The Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Directors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You’ll lead by example, setting high standards and empowering your team to make the right decisions for every customer.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance customer care with commercial awareness — all while being supported to grow your leadership and people‑management skills. It’s an important position, but one where you’ll be fully supported to succeed.
