Mechanical Supervisor (Static) (BBBH24920E) Harlow, England
Salary: GBP35,000 – 42,000 per annum plus overtime. Work week: Monday–Friday with early Friday finish.
Do you have a background in pumps, motors or similar equipment and want to step into a supervisory role? Are you seeking a new position within a well‑established business, working in a tight‑knit workshop with a stable role and early Friday finishes?
We specialise in the repair and maintenance of 3‑phase motors, fan units, water pumps and related systems for a range of clients, including blue‑chip companies, the military, local businesses, farms and leisure centres.
This role involves working with the team on the workshop floor for the majority of the time, with the remaining time allocated to administrative tasks and oversight of team activity.
The Role
* Lead and manage the workshop team.
* Oversee repair work on motors, fan units and pumps.
* Handle administrative tasks, signing off on workshop repairs.
The Person
* Mechanical or Electrical background.
* Experience overseeing a small team or ready to step into a team‑leader position.
* Resident or able to commute to Harlow.
