Job Description:
* Hybrid role, primarily based in the South Manchester office
* Oversee engineering team and extended subcontractor network on existing client projects
* Engage with potential new clients, providing quotes and price estimates
* Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager level
* Report to the Managing Director
* Require 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, or similar roles
* Location: Manchester area
* Potentially working as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, pubs/leisure groups, etc.
* South Manchester-based provider of building maintenance and repair services
