We are seeking a Senior Property Management Surveyor to support the acquisition, management, and optimisation of a large and diverse land and property portfolio linked to major development programmes.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with key industry stakeholders including the NFU, CAAV, RICS and the Compulsory Purchase Association
• Oversee appointed property managing agents, monitoring performance across lettings, rent collection, maintenance, repairs and disposals
• Ensure the portfolio is managed commercially while maintaining high professional and compliance standards
• Coordinate suppliers and lead technical and strategic initiatives to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practice
• Work closely with acquisition teams to support the smooth handover of newly acquired properties into management
• Monitor estate management activities including repairs, maintenance budgets, and agent performance
• Ensure the portfolio complies with all relevant Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations
This role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and experience overseeing complex property portfolios within a regulated environment.
