We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly established and ambitious smokehouse/BBQ catering business, renowned for delivering bold flavours and exceptional food experiences across London.
Following continued growth and exciting future plans, they are now seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie with a background in smokehouse, BBQ, or similar establishments to join their dynamic team.
The Role As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes across three vibrant locations in Leytonstone, Hackney, and Elephant & Castle. Youll work closely with a talented kitchen team, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every service
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking high-quality smokehouse/BBQ dishes
Managing your section to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
Working collaboratively across all three venues when required
About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Proven background in smokehouse, BBQ, grill, or fire-led cooking
Passion for bold flavours and high-quality produce
Flexible and adaptable, happy to work across multiple sites
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
