Drama Teacher (KS3 & KS4) - South West London

Aspire People is seeking a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school in South West London. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, nurturing confidence, creativity, and a love for performance and theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Encourage students to develop performance, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Teach a range of drama techniques, theatrical styles, and practitioners.
* Support students with devised and scripted work, including exam preparation.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities such as school productions, drama clubs, and performances.
Requirements:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a related field.
* Experience teaching Drama at KS3 & KS4.
* Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiasm for practical learning and student-led creativity.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
