Job Role:
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Elec bias, you will ensure that all site, plant, and machinery is maintained in good working order and state of repair.
Typical Duties will involve:
1. Experience within an electrical maintenance environment, preferably in the heavy industry/manufacturing sector
2. Experience of working in a factory with inverters, drives, PLCs, motors & control systems
3. Fault finding/diagnostic skills
4. Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams
5. Experience and knowledge of wiring and electrical equipment typically found in office environments
6. Experience working with H&S systems, lock off/tag off procedure
7. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
8. Some installation experience desirable
9. Good communication skills
10. Ability to comprehend and safely operate electrical and mechanical equipment
11. Ability to adhere to safe working procedures ensuring the safety of oneself and colleagues
Desirable experience: Minimum City & Guilds with 17th Edition HV experience and qualifications desirable. Counterbalance forklift truck licence desirable.
