We are seeking to recruit a professional office adminstrative to join our client's team in Camberely. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient workflows, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional administrative support. Responsibilities
* Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
* Organising meetings, appointments, and conference calls
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records using various software tools
* Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
* Assisting with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar programmes
* Utilising Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for daily tasks
* Filing and archiving documents in both physical and digital formats
* Supporting team members with administrative projects to ensure deadlines are met
Skills/Experience
* Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills
* Experience with data entry and clerical duties
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
