Senior Marketing Executive (FTC-24months)
The Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and sales performance of beauty brands. Working across LG H&H’s brand portfolio, this role spans the UK, Europe, and other EMEA markets. The Marketing Executive collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and consumer‑centric campaigns that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in daily activities across marketing communications & digital media, sales & operations, e‑commerce support, and event planning & execution.
* Work closely with Brand Management team to coordinate with HQ on product innovation & renovation pipeline projects, i.e. marketing claims & packaging development to ensure timely launches.
* Manage and ensure product portfolios and information are detailed and accurate.
* Manage collaboration with social media agency to achieve set objectives.
* Work closely with the sales team on marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
* Support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive marketing campaigns. Analyse and report on marketing campaign outcomes.
* Ensure excellence in customer service by coordinating communication between headquarters and customers, aiming for high standards in both pre‑sales and after‑sales support.
* Handle sales administrative tasks, such as creating new customer accounts, monitoring sales progress, and samples arrangement.
* Take on ad hoc projects within the Marketing & sales operations scope as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to product management, digital marketing, and sales operations.
* Strong understanding of marketing strategies and digital media.
* The ability to work independently, but also collaboratively with headquarters, team members, and external agencies.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
* Passionate about consumer goods; FMCG background is a plus.
