Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
1. Supporting the early years teacher in delivering educational activities
2. Assisting with the supervision of young children during class and playtime
3. Helping to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
4. Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
5. Assisting with classroom preparation and tidying up
Required Qualifications:
6. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
7. Enhanced DBS check
Education:
A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Experience working with young children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
8. Understanding of early years curriculum and educational practises
9. Effective communication skills with children and adults
10. Ability to work well in a team
11. Basic knowledge of child safeguarding procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
12. First Aid certification
13. Previous experience as a teaching assistant
