Administrator
Location: High Wycombe
Hours: 25–30 per week (part time)
Pay: £13–£15 per hour, dependent on experience
We are recruiting a part-time Administrator to support a busy and growing team in High Wycombe. This role is well-suited to someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with customers and ensuring processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
Raising invoices
Support the sales team with administration and daily tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure high standards of organisation and attention to detailRequirements
Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales or order processing environment
Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Comfortable using IT systems and handling data accuratelyWhat’s on offer
