Are you an Electronics Engineer or similar looking for a customer-facing role where you will be recognised as a technical expert and responsible for being customers first point of contact for service and support?

This company specialise in IoT devises offering innovative products to safeguard electronics and enhance energy efficiency. Their range includes sensors, voltage stabilisers, inverters, and solar systems aimed at improving reliability in challenging environments.
In this office based role you'll be working as a Technical Support& Applications Engineer, handling customer tickets and helping solve issues remotely. You'll also be responsible for working with customers to provide the best product to solve their requirements. The team work cross functionally, and this head office is where new products are researched and developed. Occasionally, you'll be traveling all across the globe to customer sites.
This role would suit an Electronics Engineer or similar looking for a customer-facing applications role that grants autonomy, respect as a technical expert and responsibility to resolve issues head-on.
The Role:
Providing remote technical support for IoT Sensors
Reading and interpreting electronic schematics
Travelling to customer sites to understand their specific requirements and advise on the best solution
Working from a Langley based office, travelling 4-5 times a year internationally

Electronics Engineer or similar
Looking for an Applications / Customer facing role
Happy with occasional international travel 4-5 times per year.
