Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: conducting client assessments, developing and implementing care plans, liaising with other professionals, advocating for client needs, maintaining accurate records, and participating in ongoing professional development. Specific responsibilities will be detailed upon interview.
Qualifications
A relevant Social Work degree and registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., Social Work England) are essential. Experience in long-term care planning is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also required.
