Vehicle Damage Assessor Required in the Croydon, Surrey area!
We are seeking a Vehicle Estimator to join our Client’s well established Accident Repair Centre in the Croydon, South London / Surrey area.
Our client’s focus is on their people, they know that to keep this level of success they need a strong team in place and they believe heavily in nurturing their staff and providing them with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive management in place.
Our Client is offering the successful VDA:
1. A competitive Basic Salary of up to £50,000 + bonus working Monday - Friday only.

Duties of a VDA with our Client:
4. Carrying out Estimates accurately
5. Be comfortable and confident with the Audatex system
6. Selling on the job at every possibility - big part of your day to day is to upsell
7. Completion of work assigned in a timely manner, to both company and manufacturer standards
8. To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all time
What our Client expects of their VDA:
9. Strong background as an Estimator / VDA from either Dealership or ARC environment
10. ATA accreditation advantageous, although not essential
11. Full UK Driving Licence
12. The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
13. Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
14. An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
