Job Overview
The Head Teacher is seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer who is passionate about the subject and committed to inspiring learners. The successful candidate will drive student achievement, deliver engaging lessons, and support learners to progress onto higher levels of study while following and implementing established schemes of learning.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons that motivate young adults to achieve and progress.
* Support learners to progress onto higher levels of study.
* Implement and follow established schemes of learning.
Qualifications
* A first class or 2:1 degree in the subject area.
* QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further education environment.
* IQA/Assessor Qualification.
* Experience in teaching young people in a diverse setting.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
