Salary: £27,000 (£16,875 pro-rated) plus generous company benefits

This support role is at the heart of Oxygen House, valued by a high-achieving, professional, yet informal and fun team culture.
The Role
As House Services Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of Oxygen House - delivering a warm, professional front-of-house service, while supporting the smooth delivery of events, activities and workplace initiatives that make our environment feel exceptional.
The consistent weekday afternoon hours (1:00pm–6:00pm) offer stability and routine, making this role particularly well suited to someone seeking predictable part-time work. For example, a hospitality professional looking to move away from shift work, someone returning to the workplace, or an individual balancing other commitments alongside a meaningful professional role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
* Maintain a visible and responsive presence in the building, ensuring front-of-house standards remain consistently high
* Support the planning and delivery of internal events and activities
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure visits and events run smoothly
* Bring forward ideas to continuously improve the workplace experience
* Assist with sourcing suppliers and supporting sustainable operational practices
* Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the Head of House
