Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to manage the deployment and coordination of Technicians and Engineers across multiple projects.
This role involves ensuring personnel are fully compliant with client and certification requirements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational readiness for site deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technical personnel in line with project timelines.

Maintain certification matrices, compliance records, and personnel documentation.
*
Update personnel planner (assignments, movements, timesheets).
*
Arrange travel and accommodation logistics.
*
Monitor certification expiry and ensure compliance with HSE, IMCA, and client standards.
*
Manage expenses, Framework Agreements, and Statements of Work.
*
Liaise with Finance regarding payroll and invoice queries.
Requirements

Experience in project coordination or crewing within a technical/engineering environment.
*
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
*
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
