【Job Requirements】
1. 统筹负责大件DC(含仓储、运输、末端安装)的质量管理工作,构建并持续优化覆盖全链路的质量控制体系; 2. 制定并推动实施质量战略与年度质量目标,明确各环节的服务标准与质量KPI(如货损率、客户满意度、准时率、返修率等); 3. 建立跨部门质量协同机制,协调仓储、运输、客服、安装及第三方服务商,确保问题发现、处理、反馈、改进形成闭环;设计和推动"事前预防—事中监控—事后复盘"的质量管理模式,提升风险防控能力与流程稳定性; 4. 主导质量事件的调查与根因分析,输出可落地的改进方案,并推动执行与验证;组织质量稽核与内部培训,提升员工质量意识与操作标准一致性; 5. 分析运营数据与客户反馈,定期输出质量分析报告及优化建议,为管理层提供决策支持;参与新项目、新仓上线评审,把控前期规划阶段的质量标准落地;推动信息系统、自动化工具在质量管理中的应用,实现数据化、可视化、智能化的质量管理。
