Tradewind Education are partnered with a Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire Secondary School seeking a supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from either Autumn 2 (November 2025) or Spring Term (January 2026).
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support for SEN pupils
Assist in adaptive teaching methods to maximise and engagement
Encourage personal development and growth in students
Support classroom management and promotion of positive behaviours
Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to support learning, IEPs and EHCPs
What You'll Need:
A genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs
Patience, empathy, and outstanding communication skills
The ability to work as part of a structured staff team
Experience in working with children and young people
A strong understanding of SEN
