We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Quality Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a department undergoing transformational change, where your leadership and clinical expertise will directly enhance patient and staff outcomes.
Your Role:
Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and proactive care
Lead on clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice
Support the Senior Sister team in driving learning and improvement across the ward
Champion the Trust's vision and values, ensuring seamless care and positive experiences
Work flexibly across the Trust, offering support where needed
What We're Looking For:
A registered nurse with proven leadership and audit experience
Passion for quality improvement and patient safety
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
