Our Fragrance Advisers use their knowledge and training to advise customers on perfumes and related products, ensuring they leave with “That Superdrug Feeling” – receiving outstanding customer service.
Your role involves serving customers mainly at the fragrance counter, delivering excellent service, encouraging add-on sales, and maintaining the presentation of the fragrance counter and the wider store. You will also support the management team in achieving store targets. Additionally, there is an optional opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our expanding in-store piercing services.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Experience or interest in fragrance
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Passionate about retail and customer service
* Desire to learn and develop your knowledge and skills in fragrance
* Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided) (optional)
