We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Development Executive, with a proven track record in a sales role, to join a fast paced team in Leicestershire. Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Based on-site Due to urgent business requirements, applicants must be available to start immediately or within 1 week's notice. This is a temporary role with the potential to develop into a permanent opportunity. Duties and Responsibilities Sales enquiries via phone, email and web Logging, tracking and managing all leads using CRM system Lead progression, filtering and prioritising for lead qualification Converting leads to sales Diary Management - carrying out follow up calls and client aftercare Assisting with development of CRM system Collaborating with technical and sales team m embers to ens ure specialist input where required Skills and Experience Prior experience in a sales or lead generation role Comfortable using CRM platforms - Salesforce experience is a significant advantage although other CRM systems will be relevant Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive approach to work, with a natural curiosity and desire to help customers Ability to work independently while being part of a wider collaborative team
