As a Stockroom Assistant, you will be responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize retail business and improve the efficiency of the selling process, driving commercial success.

What you can expect:

1. Manage physical stock and movements, maintaining effective stock flow and storage to enhance the customer experience.
2. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in all back-of-house areas.
3. Support loss prevention operations.
4. Utilize business systems and latest technology proficiently.
5. Use all available tools and ensure procedures are followed according to policies.
6. Complete all stock handling paperwork to a high standard.
7. Process delivery and transfer requests promptly and in accordance with company policy.
8. Support management by replenishing the shop floor by size and implementing floor moves when required.
9. Understand and execute all stock procedures for quick and accurate deliveries and transfers.
10. Run stock reports and communicate findings to the team.
11. Assist with stock counts and bi-annual stock takes.


Your profile:

1. Previous experience in stockroom control.
2. Ability to work flexible hours over 3-4 days, adaptable to business needs.
3. Proficient in business systems and latest technology.
4. Strong commercial acumen.
5. Willingness to learn and develop.
6. Passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Experience in networking and building relationships.
