Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Managing and inspiring the practice teams across both sites, conducting appraisals, and encouraging continuous professional development. Business Performance: Overseeing profit and loss, managing budgets, and identifying growth opportunities for both NHS and private services. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring both practices comply with CQC regulations and all Health & Safety requirements. Patient Experience: Creating a positive patient journey by maintaining high levels of customer service and managing feedback. Marketing & Community Engagement: Developing creative ways to promote the practices within the local communities of Birmingham and Warwick. Administrative Management: Handling banking procedures, debt management, and ensuring policies, procedures, and staff handbooks are up to date.
