Are you an Experienced Support Worker, with a passion to make a difference in people's lives?

As an Agency Care and Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of Care settings in the Wiltshire area.
You will be supporting Children who may have, special educational needs, mental health needs, learning difficulties and autism, and can also exhibit behaviors that may challenge at times.
Here you will strive to provide a sense of stability and enable each individual to access extracurricular activities and help to build their confidence and independence!
You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.
You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following support plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centred care to the individuals you support to enable them to live a fulfilling life.
