Temporary Construction Administrator
Location: Hillington. Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Contract: Full-time, Temporary. Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour. Start Date: Immediate. Duration: Ongoing (Sickness Cover).
Key Responsibilities
* Updating and maintaining progress reports on live projects.
* Ordering PPE equipment in line with site requirements.
* Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
* Ensuring all health & safety documentation is up to date and compliant.
* Providing general administrative support, including occasional minute taking.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience within a construction or similar environment.
* Familiarity with construction terminology and health & safety standards.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
