Site Supervisor Location: Northern Ireland / ROI / GB (Travel & working away required) Salary: £38,000 £42,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company Vehicle Living Away Allowance & Food Subsistence (where applicable) Accommodation, flights, hire vehicle & parking arranged as required Company Pension The Opportunity Due to continued growth, an award-winning and highly successful construction business is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee commercial PVC installation schemes across Northern Ireland, ROI and GB. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, driven Site Supervisor to take ownership of multiple live sites, working directly with clients and main contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial PVC installation projects Ensure works are delivered in line with project plans, schedules and quality requirements Coordinate and manage installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers Monitor programme progress, identifying and resolving delays or site issues promptly Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies and site rules Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained Communicate effectively with clients, main contractors and internal teams Manage procurement and coordination of materials and equipment Maintain accurate site documentation, safety records and progress reports Take a proactive, hands-on approach to all aspects of site supervision Essential Criteria Minimum 3 years experience in a Site Supervisor role Strong commitment to Health & Safety and quality Full clean UK Driving Licence Valid CSR / CSCS Card Willingness to travel and work away from home when required Confident problem-solver with the ability to manage busy sites Good IT skills (site records, reporting, audits) Proactive communicator able to deal confidently with clients and site teams Desirable Experience Experience working with uPVC and composite products Experience using laptops or tablets for site records and audits Supply chain management experience within construction materials Whats on Offer Competitive salary of £38k£42k Company vehicle provided Living away allowance and subsistence where applicable Fully supported travel arrangements for projects outside NI Long-term, permanent role within a growing and reputable business If youd like to discuss this role or receive the full details, feel free to get in touch!
