Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a caseload of complex childcare law matters
2. Advising clients on child protection, care proceedings, SGOs, fostering, and adoption
3. Conducting advocacy and attending court hearings
4. Managing pre-proceedings and care cases
5. Attending PLO and other professional meetings
6. Providing clear, supportive client communication and managing expectations
