Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE) + Approx. £3,600 Annual Bonus + On-Call Allowance (£105/week, 7 weeks/year)

The Opportunity
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading service-based organisation seeking a highly organised Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic Operations team. This is a vital, fast-paced role where you'll oversee a portfolio worth over £800,000 in annual turnover—primarily made up of high-volume, low-value service jobs.
You will act as the central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery while driving account retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end coordination of service jobs, typically around £300 in value
* Process and monitor work requests through internal systems
* Generate accurate, compliant quotations
* Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding updates and follow-ups
* Produce monthly KPI reports and performance commentary
* Ensure all administration is completed to a high standard to avoid invoicing delays
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and client outcomes
* Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth
* Provide cover for colleagues during periods of high workload or absence
