The Role: What Youll Actually Be Doing Youll play a key role in coordinating care for people in their homes. This means: Managing rotas to ensure our care teams are always in place, ready to help. Supporting staff in the field when needed, and stepping in to cover operational demands. Creating and reviewing care plans to make sure each individuals needs are met. Leading and guiding your team, offering support that helps them grow professionally. Liaising with people, families, and other professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care is always delivered.
