We are looking for an experienced Growth Analyst to take ownership of retention and lifetime value. You will lead experimentation, build predictive models, and generate insights that improve customer outcomes and drive long term growth.
You will work closely with cross functional teams to turn data into action, develop advanced analytics capabilities, and influence strategic decisions.
Strong experience in retention or growth analytics, LTV and churn is essential, along with a passion for using AI to drive innovation.
