Manage Sldr Ac (N) Continuous Improvement (CI) practices, incl. the Quality Improvement Action Plan (QIAP). Initiate, support and oversee subordinate unit 1st Party Audit (PA) / 1st Line of Defence Assurance (LoDA) practices, providing policy advice/guidance to the CoC where necessary. Prepare and co-ordinate 2PA/2LoDA, and act as lead PoC for liaison, co-ordination and hosting of 3PA/3LoDA visits/audits/inspections, providing policy advice/guidance to the CoC where necessary. Mentor Op Gp staff on CI and the promulgation and implementation of best practice. Co-ordinate all stakeholders in the execution of the Sldr Ac (N) bi-annual Customer Executive Boards, CEB WGs and MJPs. Liaise with external agencies and other delivery organisations to ensure coherence in the Governance of training and that the organisation is operating in line with current policy. Advise Sldr Ac (N) on the management of Training Assurance related Risk. Educate, advise and develop HQ Sldr Ac (N) staff and TP POCs with regards to the intelligent application of DSAT.
