The Role:
As a Credit Administrator, you'll take ownership of key finance processes including credit control, payment reconciliation, and customer account management. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth cash flow and accurate reporting - working closely with both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and managing customer credit accounts
Chasing overdue invoices in a professional and efficient manner
Reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Supporting reporting and month-end processes
Assisting the wider finance team where needed
The Person:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage their own time
Analytical thinking and a solution-focused approach
Experience in a finance-related role such as Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Admin
Confidence using MS Excel and finance/accounting systems
Hybrid Working & Training:
Initial training: On-site in Fishponds 5 days a week for the first 8 weeks to ensure you're fully supported.
After training: Fully flexible hybrid working model - whether you prefer to come in once a week, once a fortnight, or be office-based full-time, the choice is yours.
