Were seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver comprehensive on-site and remote technical support for a leading professional services firm. Based in Cambridge, this role supports users across multiple UK offices including Norwich, Birmingham, London, Manchester, Leeds, and Oxford. Occasional travel to other offices will be required.
Youll provide a hands-on helpdesk service, maintain IT infrastructure and applications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for staff and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Handle service desk tickets (up to 100 per week), ensuring prompt resolution.
* Maintain IT assets, perform regular equipment checks, and manage installations, upgrades, and repairs.
* Support and maintain core infrastructure including laptops, networks, telephony, and software applications (e.g. Microsoft 365, CRM, document management systems).
* Configure user accounts, permissions, and distribution lists.
* Assist with AV setup and meeting room technology.
* Support senior IT management with system changes, cabling, and equipment setup.
* Participate in the out-of-hours support rota (approximately one week in six).
