Overview
We are looking to appoint a graduate Boarding Assistant to join us as soon as possible. This exciting and challenging role includes accommodation and meals provided during term time in return for undertaking boarding duties. The successful applicant will also assist as a Drama Assistant. It is a full‑time, fixed‑term contract for one academic year.
Location
d’Overbroeck’s Oxford – Oxford, GB
Responsibilities
 * Undertake boarding duties, ensuring student welfare and safety.
 * Assist in drama and creative arts programmes.
 * Support the Head of Boarding and faculty in daily operations.
 * Maintain accurate records and attend staff meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
 * Graduate level education or equivalent teaching activity experience.
 * Excellent communication and organisation skills.
 * Passion for working with students aged 11–18.
 * Enhanced DBS check required (satisfactory criminal record checks from all countries of residence in the last 10 years).
 * Valid UK work rights – work visas are not offered.
