fast-paced, high-quality food operation, and we’re looking for a Chef de
Partie ready to step up.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading
a section during service (restaurant & events)
* Preparing
fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
* Supporting
and mentoring junior chefs
* Maintaining
high standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety
* Working
closely with front of house to deliver great guest experiences
What we’re looking for
* Experience
as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
* Passion
for food and pride in your work
* Calm
under pressure with a positive attitude

team player who supports others
