Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available between 8.00am–6.00pm

About Us
We are a warm, supportive and child-centred kindergarten and wraparound care setting, providing high-quality early years education and out-of-school care for children aged 2 years 9 months to 11 years. We are now seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified childcare professionals to join our growing team.
Positions Available
* Room Supervisor – overseeing the day-to-day running of the room, leading staff, and ensuring high standards of care and learning.
* Childcare Practitioners – supporting the room leader in providing engaging activities, nurturing care, and a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
Room Supervisor
* Lead and support a team of childcare staff in delivering high-quality care and education.
* Ensure the smooth daily running of the room, including planning, observations, and record-keeping.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Work closely with parents and carers, building positive relationships and ensuring effective communication.
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and setting policies at all times.
Childcare Practitioner
* Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
* Contribute to planning and implementing engaging activities that meet individual needs.
* Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
* Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the setting.
Essential Criteria
* Level 3 CCLD (Children's Care, Learning and Development) or equivalent qualification.
* A genuine passion for working with children aged 2 years 9 months to 11 years.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable Criteria
* Paediatric First Aid qualification.
* Safeguarding training.
* Previous experience in an early years or out-of-school care setting.
