This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Greater London. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, conducting room inspections, managing inventory, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead teams and manage daily operations effectively
• Housekeeping and Laundry experience, with a strong understanding of cleaning standards and procedures
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and collaborate with other departments
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and efficiency
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or a similar high-end setting is a plus
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
