Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily transport operations alongside the planning team using excel. Communicate with drivers to provide accurate collection and delivery details. Monitor all vehicle movements, driver activity, and shipment progress throughout the day. Keep customers fully informed on job statuses, changes, and delivery confirmations. Reconcile transport orders and ensure all systems and databases are kept fully up to date. Check and file driver paperwork, timesheets, GPS data, and working time records.
